Cancellation Policy
1. 24-hour cancellation policy If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. 2. Late appointment policy To respect the time of clients and staff, we ask you to be on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will be required to reschedule. Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their appointment, and need to reschedule. 4. No-show cancellation policy If you do not show up for an appointment, you will forfeit your deposit.
